• You Furnitures prepares all documents for customs to deliver your order from production to your door. We make our best to deliver your items smooth and fast.

• Please include your address, contact number, and e-mail correctly to your order to avoid delays due to customs.

Payment

• You Furnitures keeps your payment information secure. Our shop never receive your credit card information. Your payment is safe via Paypal and Stripe payment options.

• It is possible to make a payment via bank transfer to our bank accounts. Please contact to us via E-Mail or WhatsApp to get bank details.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns & exchanges are accepted first 7 days after delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if there is no damage or production mistake on the items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the item delivered with production mistake or damage, You Furnitures is responsible to exchange the item or refund the loss amount.

Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted. Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, it is not possible to accept cancellations.
